CANCELLATION POLICY:

1) CANCELLATION DEADLINE:

Seatholders can cancel their seats within 45 days of trip departure. Trips with hotel accommodations are subject to hotel cancellation policies.

2) MAKING A CANCELLATION:

Send an email cancellation request to info@RiverCitiesTours.com.

Write “CANCELLATION” in the subject box.

3) RCT CANCELLATION POLICY:

RCT reserves the right to cancel any trip at any time. Reasons include but are not limited to: Inclement Weather; Road Conditions; Motor-Coach Issues (e.g., technical, mechanical, & electrical breakdowns); Natural or Man-Made Disasters; Closures (e.g., airports, hotels, & roads); Government Actions; Strikes; Sickness; & Secured Seating. RCT may cancel a trip if the minimal seating capacity isn’t reached by the cancellation deadline.

REFUND POLICY:

1) DUE TO PASSENGER CANCELLATION:

PRIOR TO CANCELLATION DEADLINE: Full Refund

AFTER CANCELLATION DEADLINE: No refund. PLEASE NOTE: Seats are transferrable. Passengers can give their seats away OR recoup their cost by selling their seats.

Passengers who are unable to complete a tour (e.g., sickness, injury, family crisis) shall not receive a discount or refund.

RCT shall not refund any pre-paid trip expenses (e.g., hotel accommodations, site tours, dinner & show tickets).

Passengers shall be responsible for any & all incurred expenses (e.g., meals, transportation, hotel accommodations).

2) DUE TO RCT CANCELLATION:

PRIOR TO TRIP DEPARUTURE: Full refund

AFTER TRIP DEPARTURE: Once a motorcoach has departed on a trip, passengers shall not receive refunds or discounts from RCT in the event of delays or the cancellation of the trip (see RCT’s Cancellation Policy).

RCT shall not refund any pre-paid trip expenses (e.g., hotel accommodations, site tours, dinner & show tickets).

Passengers shall be responsible for any & all incurred expenses (e.g., meals, transportation, hotel accommodations).

3) DUE TO MOTORCOACH PROVIDER:

PRIOR TO TRIP DEPARUTURE: Full refund

AFTER TRIP DEPARTURE: Once a motorcoach has departed on a trip, passengers shall not receive refunds or discounts from RCT in the event of delays or the cancellation of the trip (see RCT’s Cancellation Policy). PLEASE NOTE: RCT passengers may be entitled to a refund as determined by the cancellation policies of the motorcoach company.

RCT shall not refund any pre-paid trip expenses (e.g., hotel accommodations, site tours, dinner & show tickets).

Passengers shall be responsible for any & all incurred expenses (e.g., meals, transportation, hotel accommodations).

4) DUE TO ITINERARY CHANGES:

In the event of an itinerary change, passengers shall not receive a refund or discount.

RCT shall not refund any pre-paid trip expenses (e.g., hotel accommodations, site tours, dinner & show tickets).

Passengers shall be responsible for any & all incurred expenses (e.g., meals, transportation, hotel accommodations).

PLEASE NOTE: RCT reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of the itinerary at any time. Notwithstanding, RCT will always strive to honor the trip itinerary. However, if situations & circumstances arise beyond its control. The itinerary may be changed or cancelled without prior notice. Reasons include but are not limited to: Inclement Weather; Road Conditions; Motorcoach Issues (e.g., technical, mechanical, & electrical breakdowns); Natural or Man-Made Disasters; Closures (e.g., airports, hotels, & roads); Government Actions; Strikes; & Sickness.

5) MISCELLANEOUS:

Satellite TV, DVD, & WiFi are complimentary. Refunds or discounts shall not be provided in the absence or malfunction of these items.

6) TRAVEL INSURANCE:

RCT highly recommends travel insurance.

PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITIES & CODE OF CONDUCT

1) PASSENGER VEHICLES:

RCT recommends that passengers be dropped off on the day of departure & picked up on the day of return. Passengers who park their vehicles at the pickup location do so at their own risk.

2) PASSENGER BELONGINGS:

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the entirety of the trip.

RCT shall not keep any personal belongings in “safe keeping” & shall not be responsible for any damage or theft of personal items.

RCT shall not be responsible for items that are left on the motorcoach once a trip is completed. It is the responsibility of passengers to coordinate with RCT for the return of their items.

3) PASSENGER CODE OF CONDUCT:

 

RCT endeavors to provide the absolute best atmosphere for all its passengers. Passenger conduct plays an integral role in fostering a positive atmosphere. The following is RCT’s Passenger Code of Conduct:

 

The use of illegal drugs, alcohol, tobacco, & vaping is not permitted. (There is a $350 fine for smoking.)

 

If a passenger is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, he or she may be permanently removed from the motor coach.

 

DISCRIMINATION IS UNACCEPTABLE. RCT does not discriminate. If a passenger demonstrates intolerance toward another passenger based on race, religion, sexual orientation, or sexual preference, he or she may be permanently removed from the motor coach.

 

Passengers who display other inappropriate behavior may be permanently removed from the motor coach. Inappropriate behavior includes but is not limited to: Belligerence; The Use of Inappropriate & Offensive Language; Streaming Inappropriate & Offensive Material; Inappropriate PDA (Public Displays of Affection); Failure To Respect Fellow Passengers & Their Personal Belongings.

4) DAMAGE TO THE MOTORCOACH:

Passengers shall be held responsible for any interior & exterior damages to the motorcoach as the result of negligence or disregard.

5) PASSENGER REMOVAL:

Passengers who are permanently removed from the motorcoach shall not receive a refund.

Passengers who are permanently removed from the motorcoach shall be responsible for any & all additional expenses (e.g., meals, transportation, hotel accommodations).

RCT shall not refund any trip related expenses (e.g., show tickets).
